Record of Points 2017

Please click here 2017-show-points to download your points sheet for the 2017 showing season. Paid up members are eligible to claim points at affiliated classes, a list of which is available in the dates for your diary section of this website. You may only claim points from the day that you pay your membership.

Show affiliations are starting to come in and the website will be updated each time so please do keep checking back. We have several new awards categories this year so please make sure you claim your points by recording them as you go!

From now on in affiliated classes there are 10 points for 1st place, 9 for 2nd place and so on down to 5 points for 6th place. If you compete in an affiliated class and are placed anywhere below 6th place you can claim 2 points.  Please download your records sheet and fill in your results as you go rather than trying to think back at the end of the season, all results will be cross checked by Suzanne Garrigan and Ciara O’Connell against what the show secretaries e-mail back so if you run into difficulty you can contact us and we will double check your placings for you. (If you’re not sure whether you’re competing in an affiliated class or not just check your rosette- if it has Side Saddle Association on it then it’s an affiliated class)

Every affiliated class will have a best rider rosette and there’s perpetual trophy/salver and a champion/reserve champion rosette at the end of the season for the lady and the junior that receives the most best rider rosettes. There are also a range of trophies to aim towards.
